Recipe: One Pan Bacon and Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 eggs or more if you like
- a teaspoon of butter
- bacon 5cm x 2cm ( you can substitute this with cut up pieces of cooked sausages, about 1cm in thickness)
- parsley (i used spring onions)
- toasted bread
- optional: 1 button mushroom
- salt and ground black pepper

What to do:
It's really simple! Doesn't even take 5 minutes.
- Grease a pan with the butter and throw in the mushrooms and ham/bacon/sausages once the butter has nearly all melted.
- Stir mushroom and bacon around the pan until well coated with some of the butter.
- Crack the eggs into to pan. If you like your yolk to be a runnier, simply let the yolk sit for a bit.
- When the egg white starts to cook, you can create 'holes' in the yolk by poking them to let the yolk seep to the bottom of the pan and cook.
- Turn off the heat when your eggs are a bit undercooked to your preference because the hot pan will continue to cook the eggs even after you've turned the heat off.
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle parsley or spring onions over it.
- Toast your bread and eat it with your eggs!
This other one, I made, has tomato, a few teaspoons of curry flavoured tuna and crispy bacon instead of mushroom.
